This might not be how you envisioned spending more time with your children. You probably never expected to be managing school-at-home, distance learning, or virtual school, especially during a pandemic. What you are feeling is vibrating through homes across our country. Weeks at home, close quarters, and the added responsibility of facilitating distance learning are putting a strain on families, shaking up routines, and shifting relationship dynamics.
To Educate All Children (TEACH) invites parents to experience the power of our simple strategies for building healthy, lasting relationships with your children. We offer skills to help you reduce stressful interactions, to balance work and family life in the home, and to influence your children to reach their full potential.
Since 2005, TEACH has offered Houston educators intensive training and coaching in de-escalation and conflict resolution to promote calmer and more productive classrooms, to decrease disciplinary referrals, and to improve student achievement. Using TEACH skills, educators are able to build stronger relationships with children, spend less time managing behavioral issues, and spend more time teaching.
